Our firm is led by attorney Josh Inkell, whose civil litigation career has given him a rare dual perspective. Having previously represented insurance companies and defendants, he understands how opposing parties evaluate claims and build their defenses. Today, we apply that insight on behalf of plaintiffs, strategically handling complex matters such as medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, truck and car accidents, slip-and-fall cases, workers' compensation claims and abuse cases.
Mr. Inkell also serves as a major in the Delaware Army National Guard JAG Corps, and his military service shapes the discipline, integrity and meticulous attention to detail that define our work. For more than five years, he has devoted his practice to advocating for those who have been wronged by others.
