Excellent attorney. I am so happy I did not simply use the “cheaper option” as Mrs. Bernstein includes so much as part of her flat rate fee. She probably answered 20 emails I had, and was always patient and never rushed me. Zoe is so helpful. A few years back I tried filing a trademark myself, only to receive an office action that I was unable to respond to. At the time she assisted in responding to the office action and overcame a likelihood of confusion refusal, which I hear is tough to do. She really took the time to prepare a thorough response that was very persuasive and expertly written. Since then she has filed for 3 trademarks for me, including a logo mark.
