Hired Law firm 2023First of all, I want to sincerely think our realtor for the recommendation of Joe Lowman. She gave us his number and told us to contact him immediately after my car accident. Unfortunately, my husband and I decided that we should maybe get someone “bigger“ and instead contacted Morgan & Morgan. “Big” mistake. My intuition was right, because I had an uneasy feeling about our choice from the get-go. My case was DROPPED by Morgan & Morgan because we were seemingly peons to them and not worth their time. Not enough money involved. But then… Joe gladly took on our case, and did let us know that things weren’t looking good unfortunately, because our insurance co. was digging in their heels on getting us any more money, after a measly amount was pd initially. But that didn’t stop Joe! He told us about a month ago that he was filing suit on our behalf, and he didn’t know what the outcome would be, but we said go for it! Well, we got a phone call from Joe on May 1 telling us that our ins co. had a “change of heart“ and was going to award us the rest of what we deserved. I was in disbelief and cried with happiness! I just wanted yo share here what a great guy we think he is, and how appreciative we are that he was willing to go the extra mile for us! We also loved the care and concern from his staff on all calls and e-mails! Size most definitely does NOT matter, (M&M’s slogan) and I DO smile every time I pass by one of Joe’s billboards on 19! He’s da man! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
