Ms. Nagel has practiced law full-time for more than 23 years, with experience in Tallahassee, Chicago, Austin, and Central Florida.
She founded Merideth Nagel, P.A. in 2005 with a commitment to serving her community with integrity and purpose. Since then, her practice has focused on guiding individuals, families, and businesses through complex legal issues with confidence.
Throughout her career, she has worked with a broad range of clients and organizations, including a Florida Supreme Court Justice, financial institutions, developers, business owners, and individuals throughout Central Florida.
Merideth is a lifelong Central Floridian, raised in Clermont, where her family has deep roots dating back to 1913.
She continues to serve clients in Lake, Sumter, Orange, and Marion counties, with her offices based in Clermont.
Although her practice covers several areas of law, she is especially passionate about helping clients safeguard their assets, plan ahead, and build lasting legacies.
Merideth takes pride in her work as an attorney, but she doesn’t measure success through titles or achievements — she measures it by how much she’s able to help the people she serves. She is dedicated to walking clients through the challenges that often come with legal matters in life and business, and to forming relationships built on trust, respect, and genuine care. For her, the goal isn’t just to deliver legal services, but to build connections that last well beyond any single case.
