Overview

Michael’s practice is devoted exclusively to elder law, special needs law, and estate planning and administration. This includes assisting the elderly and those with special needs, including asset protection and qualifying for Medicaid and VA benefits.

Michael is a member of the National and Florida Academies of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners.

Michael earned his JD from Boston University School of Law and is admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Prior to relocating to south Florida, Michael worked in the New York City offices of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP.

When he is not lecturing on elder law and related topics throughout the south Florida community, Michael works with several nonprofit organizations promoting science education and critical thinking.
