Born in Boston and raised in Philadelphia, Mr. McGuigan began his career as a licensed stockbroker in San Diego before moving into real estate and mortgage lending. In 2006, he returned to law school, graduating with high honors from Rutgers School of Law, ranking in the top 10% of his class and earning dean's list recognition every semester. He later refined his trial skills at an international Am Law 100 firm, where he represented major financial institutions and witnessed firsthand how powerful entities operate – insight that now shapes our approach to protecting everyday people.
