Hired Law firm 2024I had to declare chapter 7 bankruptcy. A friend recommended attorney Adrian Lynn. I am very glad he did. I knew nothing about declaring bankruptcy, and was very nervous and anxious about the whole ordeal. However, Adrian Lynn explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand. He helped me through the process step-by-step and he always returned my texts and phone calls. He made what I thought was going to be a very difficult, Lengthy and painful experience. Into something that was in fact very easy. He was also able to get back two garnishments that were taken from my paycheck. I cannot emphasize how grateful I am that I chose Adrian Lynn to represent me. If you ever need an attorney to represent you, believe me when I say that you will be happy that you chose Adrian Lynn. Thank you Adrian Lynn for helping me through this very difficult time.

Hired Law firm 2018He is one of the nicest Attorney's around and very efficient. He lets you know where you stand from the start. Treats you with respect and is not arrogant. He is reachable and gets back with you about any concerns. Remarkable that way.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
