Patrick McLain Esq. was born in Phoenix, Arizona and was raised in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. McLain graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law. Mr. McLain’s work history includes several national based construction companies where he held several executive level positions. Mr. McLain performed the executive functions as well as company representative in all legal disputes.

Mr. McLain has represented clients from all walks of life with a variety of legal issues. Mr. McLain has provided a proven defense for crimes ranging from the simple misdemeanor to first degree murder.
