Patrick McLain Esq. is an experienced trial attorney, from the Fort Myers community, who has made it his mission to represent his clients to the full extent of the law.

Patrick Esq. is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern District of Florida, the Lee County Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Patrick McLain Esq. was born in Phoenix, Arizona and was raised in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. McLain graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Science degree and a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law. Mr. McLain’s work history includes several national based construction companies where he held several executive level positions. Mr. McLain performed the executive functions as well as company representative in all legal disputes.
Mr. McLain has represented clients from all walks of life with a variety of legal issues. Mr. McLain has provided a proven defense for crimes ranging from the simple misdemeanor to first degree murder.
