Hired Law firm 2020-2021From the first call after I had made many to other firms I felt at ease. Each and every step of my case was walked thru and explained to me. The staff is extremely compassionate and very caring. Every call made was returned as well as every email no matter how small was answered. I can't recommend Disparti Law Group enough! Hired Law firm 2020A colleague of mine referred me to this firm. Hello, I was working with Adam Shapiro and his parellegal Iris fir my auto insurance claim case. The purpose for this review is to help educate and improve the processes of your firm’s employees processes and practices. When I or clients come to an firm such as yours, we are relying on your expertise and resilience to making sure the auto insurance companies are not doing bad faith practices etc. My wife and I have spent 45 days with this firm to assist us in our auto insurance claim. My wife and I found ourselves making all my calls to this firm to find out the status of our auto claims case and when I talk to them they say let me call the insurance company to find out what’s going. This is the first RED FLAG of concern I have. I asked Adam by email if they made any correspondences and he says No. The Insurance denial letter he received the other day, Adam didn’t challenge them especially when they had the incorrect accident date on it. Another RED FLAG. Adam dropped us instantly.

Hired Law firm 2017-2018Wow where do I start first if all is like to thanks to the entire staff for making my experience a smooth one. From start to finish in my case. And to give a huge shout out to my attorney Beth Hittel when I tell you she is awesome she is she walked in in those Stillettoes dressed for success packing all her credentials and experience and it shows in the courtroom she is so friendly knowledgeable and caring. She made me feel like I mattered to her in more ways then just her client she arrived earlier than I did she was sure to give me warm welcome followed by asking if I needed any accommodations to help me get comfortable and emotionally prepare. She also explained the week before what it would be like going in and I was so great to when I received my outcome. She has since called me twice to check on me and to let me know that I could call her if I had any additional questions. This lawfirm is amazing stress free they actually work for you. They go above and beyond for you and all still while treating you like family.
