    Consulted Attorney 2025
Atty assisting Wealthy father commiting human rights crimes against children One ethical matter is having an attorney defending your best interest as a father in family court, but the other completely diffent is the lack of it, as well as obstructing justice when the atty is fully aware of the father's crimes but chose to Asssist the WEALTHY abusive FATHER's to commit crimes against his own minor children, deprivating the children from Basic Human Rights for more than 90 days without school enrollment, healthcare and freedom for more than 90 days now while also atty Turbowitz assist his client's devastion and harm to 2 minor children, violating NY divorve order and lied to the FL Judge (July 23rd hearing) about father' agreeing to sole legal, custody, atty Turbowitz is also aware of the WEALTHY father's completely lack of interest of the children as the father has been 100% absent in the children's lves for the last 7 years. If the FL Court paramount is to Act in the best interest of the children, this atty is sure acting 100% against it. I recently filed a Florida Bar Complaint against this atty for misconduct, obstruction of justice assisting Wealthy absent father comminting Basic Human Rights crimes against his own children who not only abandoned the children for the last 7 years but has deprived the pre-teens of school, healthcare, freedon for more than 90 days, leaving them in precarious living condition, despite a valid NY divorce judgement stating the father's obligations but he has refused to comply for years. It is dangerous when greed overpowers ethics, especially when children's well being is being harmed!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
