Consulted Attorney Robert N. Miller 2025Beware of any firm connected to Wells Fargo. I received correspondence from Robert "You better not be recording me" Miller concerning our mother's estate. That correspondence stated that the personal reprsentative (Wells Fargo) had no knowledge of any real estate. Yet our mother owned several properties. When I spoke with Mr. Miller it seemed he wanted to confuse things more than they are already confused. At the conversation evolved he suggested that he could set up a conference call between myself and Wells Fargo. I informed Mr. Miller that might be good if we had all the beneficiaries on the line and recorded the call. Mr. Miller became concerned that he himself might have been recorded. He was very agitated and threatening in tone. When an attorney is billing himself at $470/hr. on an open ended contract don't you think you should have the right to record the call?
