Hired Law firm 2020-2021Horrendous defense. Waited until the proverbial 11th hour to make any preparations. Failed to call and witnesses for use in the defense. Did not offer any objections to proceedings even though the prosecution was allowed to do things he was prohibited from doing. Everything significant promised in the first meeting (use of a PI, Voice Stress Analysis/Polygraph test) never happened. Basically he took the money and ran. After he lost the case, we exit the courtroom and he immediately starts coaching us on how to proceed with an ineffective council appeal. That begs the question if you are so versed on ineffective council, why did you not avoid doing those things in front of the judge?
