Attorney Information

Overview

Bob Fisher of Robert B. Fisher, P.A. is an experienced (46 years) former Prosecutor (Trial Court Division Chief, handled the Seminole County Grand Jury) representing people facing Misdemeanor and Felony charges, in need of assistance for Bail Bonds, Violations of Probation, Sealings/Expunctions, Department of Motor Vehicle Driver License issues, Involuntary Hospitalizations (Baker Act proceedings), and Domestic Violence Injunctions. He is AV Rated (highest rating possible) by Martindale-Hubbell.

Bob Fisher represents people who have been arrested and/or who are suspected of having committed a crime. Having served for 8 years of his career as a Government Prosecutor, leading a Felony Trial Division and the Felony Intake Division, along with handling the Seminole County Grand Jury, Bob is extremely familiar with how the process works (from Complaint, to law enforcement investigation, to probable cause for arrest, to submission to the State Attorney Intake Division, to formal charging) at the crucial early stages of a case, and has handled countless Initial Appearances, Arraignments, Pre-Trial Hearings, Docket Soundings, Stand Your Ground Hearings, and, of course, Trials before Juries.

As a result of his extensive experience as a Criminal Defense Lawyer, Bob has also represented people on their Motions to Dismiss charges, to modify conditions of their release from custody and/or conditions of a probationary sentence, to terminate Probation early, or on Violations of Probation, and people seeking a Sealing or Expunction of their arrest.

Bob recognizes the stress experienced by someone facing the weight of the Criminal Justice System and is mindful of the need to have constant communication with his clients, which is why every document, any digital media, etc. received from the Government in the Discovery process is provided to his clients.

The case is your case. You will decide how your case is resolved, while Bob will guide you through the process. Bob will be both a sword and a shield on your behalf.

Bob is a hopelessly high handicapper on the golf course, but continues to work out and do cardio to keep him at the top of his game in doing what he does best- helping his clients.
