Verified ClientHired Law firm 2023-2024I contacted Mr. Barry Wax from a referral by another attorney. I had a first-time federal indictment that would have resulted in a federal felony conviction. I was overwhelmed to say the least. The impression I got from all the attorneys I spoke to was indifference. However, Mr. Wax took the time to have a zoom call with me and explain the whole process. It was clear to me that he was different and the right attorney for my case. After going through the whole judicial process with his guidance, he was able to get me approved for the Pre-trial Diversion program. This would mean no federal felony conviction. He told me the Southern District of Florida was notorious for not approving Pre-trial Diversion. I was only the second person in his thirty-plus years to get approved. I highly recommend Mr. Barry Wax as a criminal defense attorney.
