Mr. Kingcade and his staff were wonderful to us. One of us lost our job and we were struggling with keeping up with our bills. We tried to negotiate with our creditors but it was too much. Kingcade & Garcia, P.A. is the best firm for bankruptcy in town. I had other friends file for bankruptcy and I heard the horror stories about the experiences that they had to go through. Not Mr. Kingcade's firm! I did my homework and went and interviewed several lawyers (they thought they were interviewing me). As soon as I met w/ Mr. Kingcade, I decide to go w/ him. He and his staff did an excellent job. I virtually didn't do anything, just provided w/ the required info. Again, no hiccups, no delays, no nothing. Just a professional, efficient and successful job well-done! Oh, by the way, the fees that Mr. Kingcade charges was almost 50% lower than most other lawyers. This attorney is the best for bankruptcy, probably because this is his specialty. Attorney Kingcade gives you plenty of time to pay towards his fee, which is comparably the best. Most people file bankruptcy because they are in financial strain. He takes care of all the creditors from day 1, so they have to communicate with him, instead of you. He's so organized on trial day: let's you know what to expect, totally professional. Years later, I can say that my whole life turned around, credit is very good. Jamas recomendaria a nadie este abogado, te engana en la primera entrevista prometiendote que va a borrar todas tus cuentas cosa que no pasa,no te explica detalladamente todos los cargos que vas a tener despues los 1,900 que me cobro por la banca rota fue solo el comienzo de la pesadilla. Cada 2 semanas me llaman para pedir mas dinero voy por aproximadamente 2,500 y todavia no solucionan nada. El personal nada cortez ni profesional. Creo que el staff de un pulguero es mas cortez y educado este abogado no te representa manda a sus subalternos a la corte. El solo da la cara al comienzo para robarte el dinero. Son delicuentes con corbatas. Me hubiese gustado leer sus reviews antes y no haber caido en tal trampa. Definitivamente no le recomiendo esta firma a nadie.

I will never recommend this firm, they only time they treat you like a person is when they charge you with more the $ 2000 only to call you later and ask for more . Don’t expect to see him at the court he will send somebody else.

I hired Mr. Kingcade since I had previously used his firm but this time it was a nightmare he promise all my problems would go away here were are nearly 2 yrs after the fact my credit still garbage he said I would regain it after 6-12 month I still have judgements against me and he never even notified the IRS of the bankruptcy I have them collecting form me as well so after paying $3k giving up everything losing everything Mr Kingcade refuses to continue he legal duty since he felt insulted at the fact that I posted a bad review making the issue personal vs professionally if you want a nightmare want to be homeless contact him he great at making that happen
