Exclusively representing condominium associations, businesses, people, families, estates, and other legal entities against insurance companies for the wrongful denial or delay of all or part of insurance benefits due an insured. Ms. Arkin handles coverage disputes, matters of policy interpretation, cases where the insurance company recommends a contractor, or chooses to repair the property, matters of benefits calculation, amount of loss, and cases involving alleged misrepresentations in an application, or alleged fraud/arson. Ms. Arkin also handles additional complex insurance litigation matters including Florida’s RICO Act, Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, declaratory judgment actions, and intentional torts by insurance companies including fraud, wrongful prosecution, statutory Bad Faith and other causes of action for punitive damages against insurance companies.

2001-Present - Mintz Truppman, P.A., Attorney at Law. Exclusively representing condominium associations, businesses, people, families, estates, and at least a few clients over the years who call her everyday, a few times a day, but who she is always nice to anyway, against insurance companies for the wrongful denial and/or delay of insurance benefits. Ms. Arkin handles coverage disputes, matters of policy interpretation, matters of benefits calculation, and cases involving alleged misrepresentations in an application, or alleged fraud.
