Hired Law firm 2013-2014Ok- NOBODY is as “type 1” as me when it comes to *exhaustively* researching/comparing everything I need/want *trust* me on that* so imagine when it was as impt as choosing a crim def atty to save my life/career? I wish someone had done the countless hrs of research I did & lived the experience that saved me that time or any risk of picking the wrong or even good but not “the best” one so am happy to save anyone that extra stress- well luckily you have that. And you just found the best one. Pat can’t make guarantees, but I can & I do guarantee you won’t find anyone who will care more and fight harder for you, accepting no less than the absolute best resolution possible no matter how hard. Even if a long shot- Pat is THE ONE who will win you that outcome if anyone possibly can! *Trust me, I KNOW!* I hired him twice, one that was incredibly complicated and he not only performed miracles & beat EVERY charge, but ALSO (for medical licensed out there), he very skillfully stopped an emergency stop on my license to practice by the DOH but also got them to take no action until the criminal case completed (allowing me to work thruout) and then convinced them to put an immediate end to their investig w/ the entire thing kept off my record/totally confidential (during & after). Nobody has the genuine care about YOU, the strategic mind, the aggressiveness, and really key: THE CONTACTS that he has! I’ve been where u are now so trust me when I say: stop the searching & comparing, pick up the phone & sched ur consultation - you’ll then yourself feel & know all the above and best- finally be able to relax knowing you’re in the hands of the best, avail literally days/nights/weekends, and ALWAYS keeping you fully updated in real time, bc he (genuinely!) cares. He even graciously helped w legal ques/referrals for other law areas mult times since then. Stop the scrolling & sched ur consult- You’ll thank me later (tho mostly him!). My family & I are forever grateful to Pat Dray-

Hired Law firm 2019-2020Pat besides providing expert professional legal services brings to the table a human element that few attorneys exhibit for clients. In our case he was always communitive, patient and took the time to explain the process. He was available day and night 7 days a week. He brought the best possible resolve to our case possible. THANK YOU PAT for your services, and for being you. Our family owes you a debt of gratitude

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
