Consulted Law firm 2024-2025I was referred to them for a Employment case and I have now received a right to sue letter after 9 months from the EEOC but I cant get anyone to call me back. I have contacted Mark and the clock is ticking for me to file a law suit.

Consulted Law firm 2024I want to express my appreciation for a remarkable lady; Cindy. I called asking for good counsel, and after speaking with Cindy and sharing the details of my dilemma, and because customer service is something very important to me, I must acknowledge her. Cindy gives you a feeling of exceptional kindness, and shares such wisdom. Cindy listened to every word that I shared, which in today's world I find extraordinary. I mention often to my husband after speaking to other companies, "How did that person get hired, because they don't bring respect to their company with their rude and detached attitude". Well, that isn't the case here, and the experience I had is at the other end of the spectrum. Then, after I received a call from Attorney James Tarquin, and discovered the immense compassion, and wealth of knowledge that he shared, I would refer this law firm to anyone who is looking for a level of professionalism, integrity, genuine honesty, with the highest standards. I taught customer service, and in over 40 years of experience, Cindy reigns supreme. Also, in my law enforcement and private investigations background, I've worked with many attorneys, and after speaking with James Tarquin, I know that this is an exceptional firm to work with. Blessings in fathomless measure to these brilliant, kind, and compassionate people who are genuinely dedicated to serving those in need.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
