Hired Law firm 2024-2026I hired this law firm nearly two years ago to handle my case, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After accepting my case, they referred me to a doctor even though I clearly told them I had no medical insurance. I was assured not to worry about the cost because it would be covered through the settlement. Based on that, I followed their direction. Over the course of almost two years, I was only contacted a few times, and there was very little communication about my case. Recently, I was told they made a demand to the insurance company, but when the other side pushed back, instead of continuing to fight, they asked for more time. Now, with only three months left before my case deadline, they have decided to drop my case completely. This leaves me without legal representation at a critical time and stuck with medical bills I cannot afford—bills I only have because I followed their instructions. I feel let down, misled, and put in a worse financial situation than when I started. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before working with this firm.

Consulted Law firm 2022-2023I attempted to hire this firm because a defective product has caused significant hardship to my financial stability and health. The attorney that said he reviewed the information I provided, was probably laughing in hasterics because I really thought they were a reputable firm. No. Come to find out, they are only ambulance chasers working there. I guess $ 50,000 was'nt good enough for them. That's how much the product was guaranteed for . Such losers. Can you guys have Pendas make another commercial where he is on the steps of the courthouse yelling that. I should report them to the BBB for false advertising.

Hired Law firm 2008-2009I had a good and very professionalism treatment during the time of my schedule with them, they were very courteous and answered my questions in a good time frame, best of all they still providing a good follow up service with my request of writing records by miss Claudia Roman Mr Pendas personal assistant. This is hard to get with other law firm. Thanks again best wishes for that office hope they open more like that one in Orlando. Orlando Bautista.
