5.0 out of 5 stars

I was faced with a charge that had a maximum sentence of $5000 and up to one year in jail. The Mandell Law Team was first rate. From the day I contracted with them they were on the case. Early on I had a one one one consultation with Robert Mandell who totally put me at ease. He let me know specifically what the expectations should be going forward. He gave me a very warm feeling like I was talking to a lifelong friend who would be there for me the entire journey. I always felt like the entire team was fighting for me. Looking back, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. The day I had to appear in court, their rep knew exactly what she was doing from start to finish. My case could have been fairly severe but they totally got me off and in fact the charge is totally off my record. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart to the entire team.

My name is Emmanuel smith and I have been represented by Mr.Asad Ali & Robert mandel law firm not once , not twice but on numerous occasions , the professionalism , dedication and there determination to win every case or get the best out come out of every situation stood out the most to me more than any other lawyer I ever had or thought about attaining. And Also Mr. Rob is very humble and easy to get in contact with unlike most high profile lawyers with they’re own law firm which is what also makes Mandell law firm and associates the best of the best if you ask me and many other people.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
