Overview
Ronson Petree was born in Winter Park, Florida, and was raised in the Orlando area. His legal career has been devoted to representing injured workers since 1991. Although the majority of Mr. Petree's practice has been representing injured workers, he believes that his past experience as a workers' compensation defense attorney and certified mediator have given him an insight into how both the injured worker and the employer/carrier approach a dispute. Consulted Attorney 2024I consulted this attorney for advice on my worker's comp claim. My company was paying worker's comp but hadn't communicated with me during the process, so I sought clarification. When I explained the diagnosis written on the release form, he repeatedly told me, "that is not a diagnosis," without further clarification. He also warned me that involving him could affect my relationships at work. I later asked the firm for a different attorney, but my request was not allowed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend him for cases requiring clear communication and guidance.
