Overview
Steven G. Calamusa became a partner at Gordon & Partners in 2004. Mr. Calamusa attended the University of Miami School of Law. While at the University of Miami, Mr. Calamusa was on the Dean’s List and Business Law Review. Mr. Calamusa joined the firm approximately twenty-eight (28) years ago after serving as an Assistant County Attorney for Palm Beach County. His practice involves civil complex litigation in both Federal and State Courts, including Consumer Class Action and Multi-District Litigation (MDL) as well as Wrongful Death and Product Liability claims.
During his career, Mr. Calamusa has achieved several distinctions within the legal community, including being appointed as co-lead class counsel in national class action cases as well as being appointed to the plaintiff’s steering committee. Mr. Calamusa has been involved in numerous sophisticated product liability, wrongful death and diminished value cases, and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 attorneys in the State of Florida. He also has been awarded the honor of “Super Lawyers” in 2007, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2025. Mr. Calamusa achieved and maintained the highest rating possible, “AV Preeminent”, with the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory of exemplary lawyers since 2004.
