Customer Reviews for Personal Injury Attorney Frank D. Butler
-
Hired Law firm 2021To Whom It May Concern: Recently, in her role as sole Trustee for a Residence Trust, my wife faced a complex challenge. A Trust property had been damaged by a local Key West towing service during a routine movement from marina to boat yard. Further, that service attempted to abandon its clear responsibility to cover the extensive damages it caused. Living over 1,000 miles from Key West and due to medical complications on my part, we were unable to pursue this case in person. My wife researched lawyers near the Keys with reputations that reflected a commitment to principle, respectability, and success. Having chosen Frank Butler, we both entered into the documentation phase in which we provided him with voice and printed background materials, discovering in the process that he and his office acted with speed and alacrity. In no phase of his preparation and execution of the case did we experience the slightest basis for questioning our initial decision to contract with him. Mr. Butler and his office staff were courteous, timely, efficient, and successful in bringing the case to an entirely satisfactory conclusion. To this day, neither of us have met Mr. Butler or any member of his staff in person. Especially considering the prohibitive physical distance that prevented our eyeball-to-eyeball contact, we have every reason to recommend his legal services highly. We would contract with him again without hesitation should the need arise. This will authorize The Law Offices of Frank D. Butler, P.A. to release our contact numbers in the event that prospective clients wish to confirm any aspect of this recommendation by telephone.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
