Hired Attorney Gina Marie Cadogan 2025
    Recommends this Attorney
I highly recommend Cadogan Law, Gina and her team A1. I found Cadogan Law after being turned away by "Big Name Attorneys" that "do it all". I had a very difficult and delicate situation with my employer. Gina listened to the abuse what I had been experiencing for many years from my employer. She explained the Pros and Cons and took my case. She kept me up-to-date during the whole process and available to answer any questions I had. Gina and her team resolved the case in my favor. She lifted a burden off my shoulder that I had carried for years. Gina is very humanitarian and understanding. Would recommend her in a heart beat!!!

Gina and her team were great. I was initially hesitant to pay hourly, but Gina promised me it would be better for me and she was right. I saved quite a bit paying hourly instead of contingency fees you typically see elsewhere. She walked me through the entire process and laid out to me our strategy and what was a likely outcome. Her communication was excellent and I always felt in the loop. Even when I didn't understand something, she was empathetic to the situation as a whole and took the time to explain it to me. I really couldn't have asked for a better team as I received substantially more than what was originally offered by my former company.

Gina and her law firm went above and beyond for me. Not only was her and her teams legal expertise top notch. But they went out of their way to let me know that they were on my side and represented me in the best manner possible. Thank you again

Gina is an amazing Attorney -- 10/10! She will work very hard, guide you through the process and keep you updated on everything. She’s an excellent communicator always available to answer any questions. Along with being so knowledgeable, she has a great personality and sense of humor to continue fighting and litigating on your behalf. It was a pleasure working with her and will recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you Gina!

When viewing a listing, consider the state advertising restrictions to which lawyers and law firms must adhere, as well as our FindLaw.com Legal Directory disclaimer. Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
