Consulted Attorney 2018-2020

Non-communicative, took a long time to settle my sister’s husband’s estate which was under a trust and a will, and should only have taken a few months, with no explanations. The whole thing took 22-1/2 months. He. would not answer or return calls. It was totally unsatisfactory. I do not recommend anyone go to him. His reputation is highly overrated.

Ms. Lochnicht has never been my client, and this is the first time she has ever attempted to communicate with me. My duty to keep client information confidential makes it very hard to rebut these statements here. If Ms. Lochnicht had done me the courtesy of reaching out to me privately, and if my clients had given their permission, I would have been able to discuss this situation with her, and I like to think I would I have been able to make her see that things are not as she supposes. - Richard R.
