Hired Attorney 2024-2025If you want to maximally reduce, or even zero out, the impact to your freedoms, HIRE THIS GUY!

Hired Attorney 2023-2024Mathew is a very talented investigative attorney. He was able to get my charges dropped by researching information that is not widely known. He believed in my innocence and fought for me. I might have been convicted if he had not gone the extra mile for me

Hired Attorney 2021-2022Matthew will do everything in good faith to help you. And be compassionate about it he is not like these old lawyers who work for the court he told me. About the Plea deal the state offered and ended up getting me probation for a year it was better then the 15 years first offense. The state wanted me to to do he isn’t god but he won’t sleep unless he try’s to really help you. With either something you can live with or do his best at it he doesn’t work for the state attorneys and isn’t gonna do what they ask him he is gonna put his client that pays him first. He has a lot of law knowledge and will use it at your expense this isn’t a paid review I’m telling you what I know and seen.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
