Daniel A. Murphy is a Bradenton native, partner at Goldman Babboni Fernandez Murphy & Walsh — Justice Pays®, and personal injury attorney with more than 10 years of experience representing injured people and families throughout Florida.
Daniel has practiced exclusively in personal injury law since joining The Florida Bar in October 2015. His work includes car and motorcycle accidents, commercial trucking cases, traumatic brain and spinal injuries, catastrophic injury matters, and fatal accidents resulting in wrongful-death claims.
He has been selected to Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars every year from 2022 through 2026, has served in leadership roles with plaintiff trial-lawyer organizations, and has published more than 20 articles on personal injury and trial-practice issues, including commercial transportation litigation.
In 2022, Daniel was elevated to full partner, and his name was added to the firm, which became Goldman Babboni Fernandez Murphy & Walsh. In announcing the promotion, Managing Partner Bernard Walsh described Daniel as an “indispensable member” of the practice.
