Daniel D. Nawara is a Sarasota DUI and criminal defense attorney and the founder of Nawara Law (The Law Offices of Daniel D. Nawara, P.A.), which he opened in 2018. Before starting the firm, he spent three years at the State Attorney's Office for Florida's 12th Judicial Circuit, the office that prosecutes cases in Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties, where he handled both felony and misdemeanor cases. Since then he has defended hundreds of DUI cases and has tried numerous cases before juries and judges.

The firm represents people charged with DUI, criminal traffic offenses, drug possession, theft, battery, domestic violence and violations of probation in Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto, Venice, North Port, Lakewood Ranch and Englewood, in Sarasota County, Manatee County and Charlotte County courts.
