Mr. Gibson is a native "Hoosier". He is a 1982 graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Mr. Gibson worked in the retail and banking fields until enrolling in law school in 1984. He moved to Florida after obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1987 from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law - Indiana University, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mr. Gibson is a founding partner of the law firm. He has practiced in Sarasota since 1988. Mr. Gibson's practice emphasizes business, real estate and commercial litigation. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in business litigation.
