He practiced in Birmingham, Alabama before admitted to the Florida Bar. He moved to Florida with his wife in 2011 and has focused his practice on family law. Hired Attorney 2017-2019I hired Mr. Henderson for child support issues. Right from start it was very difficult to talk to him. He didn't reply to my calls or answer my emails. After a while we did go to court for one simple issue, then he just stopped working on my case, stopped answering my emails. So after 2 years being ignored by Mr. Henderson, I hired another attorney. So I told Mr. Henderson that I wanted my retainer fee for the issue he didn't work on. Mr. Henderson suddenly "learns how to answer emails" and shows me a bill history from over a year ago that I never had knowledge from, saying that I owe him actually more money. So I asked myself if he is the most expensive attorney on earth, because how can you bill someone almost $4,000.00 if you did nothing for this person? He simply took my money and ran away! Stay away from Mr. Henderson!
