Mr. Crawford is truly a brilliant attorney. I’m a retired veteran in Texas and fighting for my brother's freedom 4 states and 1,200 miles away in Florida. Before this journey started, I was constantly praying for God to provide me with an attorney who would absolutely seek true justice regardless if the law and those who are to uphold it was put under a microscope. I went through countless of attorney and law board reviews. My family and I needed the best person with the best experience for such a task at hand. Mr. Crawford credentials is everything that we were looking for. His background as a defense and appeals attorney made him standout above so many in Florida. He worked with my family, my brother, and I. He took all the actions our previous attorney should have taken and even more as though it was his own life hanging in the balance. My brother wasn't just a case to Mr. Crawford. He devised a strategy and pulled in his team of experts in multiple professions to assist. He kept my brother and I informed on everything he was doing from the way the court system works, to case law, and to the appeals process. He found so many wrongs as he researched our case. My brother mattered, we mattered, the law mattered, and the truth mattered to Mr. Crawford. If you want an attorney that still holds his oath in today’s society and all that he’s sworn to do under God and the law, Mr. Crawford is who you need. God placed him in our path and I am so blessed to have him helping my family. I cannot thank you enough Mr. Crawford, from the bottom of my heart you are greatly appreciated in all you did and continue to do. May God’s favor be upon you and your team.

Mr. Crawford efficiently and patiently helped me with my 78 year old mother's traffic citation. His fee was amazingly reasonable. I would recommend him to any Floridians, especially in Pinellas County.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
