I had the pleasure of retaining Mr. Kurpiers services to represent me in my defense for a DUI case in Polk County. What was more impressive is that after the trial and receiving a not-guilty verdict, all the bailiffs came forward to ask him for his business card to represent their associates. The judge came down from his bench to give Mr. Kurpiers accolades and inquire about where he was from and how he got that experience, as it was one of the best defenses he has seen in his courtroom.
