Hired Attorney 2023-2024FIRSTLY: I would not have ANY communications with anyone from this firm without recording it, or doing it in writing. Seemed like I paid this firm well into the 5 figures to work against me. Missed deadlines, no response to emails, spent HUNDREDS of dollars "working a deal" with the opposing party WITHOUT even asking me what I wanted or permission to spend this money for these private calls with opposing party that I was never aware of happening. Told me support owed to me was 3 times what it actually ended up being, I did not find out the REAL support calculations until I was in front of my EX and their lawyer. Failed to obtain pivotal parts of the case to help me. This lawyer could not even fire himself. I was STUCK WITH THEM. They told me a high number for what going to trial was, then after failing to fire himself told me it was going to be TWICE what I was told before. This firm drafted the final judgement, but failed to include parts that were agreed upon by both parties. That mistake is going to cost me a lot of money in the coming years. They put in language that went totally against one of my wishes, and what they said I was allowed to do. This firm blatantly violated multiple rules of the Florida Code of Conduct for lawyers, putting me a risk for who knows what now. They told me to do some things I felt were very unprofessional over the phone. They try to get you to use an app that is owned by a local lawyer, I don't know if they are affiliated with this firm at all but that app has been glitchy and has already raised prices by like 60%. I am locked into having to stay a customer of this app because its in the parenting plan. Hiring this firm was one of the worst decisions I have made in my life.
