“Help, I ran off the road!” Figuratively. However, D. Michael Lins has heard the equivalent from me a number of times since 2014. His expert counsel has led me to a clear understanding and a most beneficial conclusion every time. Excellence.” I very accurately and sincerely ascribe each of those attributes. An example of the kind of help you can expect: I called Mike and clumsily proceeded to explain and seek answers in an area outside of my field of knowledge. Rather than let me run on and struggle, Mike offered: “Let me explore a bit.” With that, he took the reigns and proceeded to ask questions and give answers to questions I didn’t know to ask. Immediately, I felt the burden ease and I literally took a breath of relief. Mike understood the complexity of the situation and quickly put me on the best path, again with a most successful outcome. Estate planning: Trust that you will not find better. Mike reviewed an existing trust for me and rescued me from certain disaster, guaranteed. Eldercare law: Mike is a member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a strong community of attorneys well steeped in this realm, and you can bet his talent is sought and greatly admired by his peers. You can believe me; I am 61 years old and have been around the block, having managed multiple estates and having previously worked with other attorneys. With Mike, there is none better.
