Robert Fraxedas has 19 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on complex estate planning and probate matters for a diverse clientele. Prior to joining Block & Scarpa, Robert had his own firm based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Robert is a knowledgeable and hardworking attorney who cares deeply about his clients. He takes pride in developing meaningful relationships with clients, which allows him to create dynamic and highly personalized estate plans that accomplish individual and family objectives. His diverse legal experience, which includes years representing clients in litigation and business matters, is a comfort to clients as they navigate a process that often includes real estate, asset/creditor considerations, and contentious third parties, among others.

Robert graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. There, he was a National Merit Scholar and elected to the esteemed Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Robert graduated from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law in 2005, and subsequently obtained his LL.M. Degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys pursuing his passion for philosophy and music, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
