Overview

Fort Lauderdale Personal Injury Attorney Jason Turchin has handled more than 5,500 cases, including personal injury, accident, medical malpractice, wrongful death and crime victim's rights. The firm expanded to better serve our client's needs and now handles cases involving commercial litigation, probate litigation, probate administration, commercial debt collection, commercial and residential leases and landlord-tenant disputes.

Ft Lauderdale Accident Lawyer Jason Turchin started his legal career as a contract analyst on the MCI-WorldCom merger in Washington DC. He then worked as an investigative legal assistant at Steir, Anderson and Malone handling civil RICO claims and white collar crime investigations. Jason then attended law school at University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Jason was retained as a computer crime investigator by Roy Black's firm Black, Srebnick, Kornspan and Stumpf to investigate and defeat an allegation of cybercrime by another attorney. After their client was acquitted, he was hired as an associate and worked on both civil and criminal high profile cases.

During the 6 years following his work with Roy Black, Jason Turchin worked at Bernstein and Maryanoff where he handled personal injury, accident and wrongful death cases. As a victim's rights advocate, Jason carved out a niche handling civil DUI cases on behalf of accident victims, and representing victims of molestation, rape and murder in civil claims.

Today, Jason represents clients throughout Fort Lauderdale and Florida, and in New York and Washington DC at the Law Offices of Jason Turchin.
