🛑🛑🛑 ALERT‼️ If you are considering using Attorney Jaqueline K. Taylor for any of your legal matters, please think about your decision and options. I’ve recently use her legal services with total dissatisfaction! If I could rate Attorney Jaqueline K. Taylor a whopping ZERO I WOULD ❗️She has bad bed side manners as an attorney, unprofessional, arrogant, she’s accusatory, mean spirited, delusional, has an angry attitude, and she is not a good person or listener. I filed a complaint against her with the State Bar of Georgia for these reasons and she thinks she’s entitled to more money! I wrote a recommendation letter for her that needs to be rescinded stat! Her intentions and integrity on how she treats and think of people is horrific! She’s great about jumping to her own false conclusions! I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEEK OTHER ATTORNEYS FOR YOUR LEGAL NEEDS! She’s unfathomable! Don’t take a chance and see for yourself! STOP 🛑 to save yourself and your case!

Attorney Taylor handled my case with excellence! She is a person of integrity, very professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She is not afraid to fight big companies when injustice occurs in the workplace. I could not have asked for a better attorney.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
