Funny I left a review on there Google page and now their Google page is gone. They'll win you some chump change that's about it. But they're high they want 35 percent out of court and 45 percent if they have to go to court. They aren't aggressive enough imo, i had to actually do some of the leg work they wouldnt even attempt to try. They come off like they are doubtful in there own capabilities. The main lawyer Eddie is also your stereotypical lawyer they talk about in the commercials. It's ironic because he will actually give you his personal card with his cell number and tell you to reach out if you need anything, just for him to never answer or return a call. He's your stereotypical self absorbed lawyer. When he did return my call it was always something like "hey man sorry I was at a golf tournament" or just came back from out of town" and that's after a week or two of trying to reach him. Or he'll text you and say he will call you first thing on Monday just to not call. To busy trying to get rich off larger cases and using the small ones just to get a quick pay day. I also don't know how much they actually settled for because I never actually saw the settlement amount that was agreed to be paid out between the other party. Wouldn't be surprised if they got the full amount we where fighting for, claimed we got a lesser payout and pocketed the difference as well as taking their percentage off top. Because again I never saw any paper from the adjusters in regards to what was really paid out. There where times when his staff member would joke about what my case would be worth. They didn't try sue or push for pain and suffering, character defamation, or any of the other things that contribute to a larger payout. They where only focused on getting me paid for the Injuries I had, and not the overall case itself. They also had a paralegal or assistant who acted like she was using me as practice for her ph.d in criminology, she came off like a detective trying to scrutinize my story and case, than someone who was actually on my team. They don't pursue evidence hard enough and kind of just let the ball roll where it may. I would say use them if you can't find any other lawyer to take your case.

Law firm that chases it tail.Unorgainized, unprofessional and they have law clerks pretending to be real lawyers and saying they will take your case.Different numbers for different offices, the secretary does not know what's going on,this is the worst law firm I have ever been involved with.DONT DO IT.Had my case dismissed to another lawyer 5 mos ago failed to notify me.

Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
