I recommend Todd for the handling of a myriad of different legal matters, but specifically for his expertise and experience in the area of trademarks. I have engaged Todd on numerous occasions to secure multiple trademarks. He has routinely helped steward the process resulting in the USPTO successfully awarding the sought trademarks. He has always communicated effectively throughout the entire process.
