David is a veteran trial lawyer well established in both state and federal courts. Since his graduation, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, he has conducted jury trials throughout the State of Georgia concentrating on the counties of metro Atlanta. His practice is generally focused in the areas of commercial litigation and personal injury claims.
David has represented corporate clientele, as well as individuals, in labor and employment claims. Well versed in insurance law, David routinely advises clients on insurance issues as well.
David also has established a reputation for providing full-service resources addressing the legal needs of automobile dealers throughout Georgia. This innovative specialty area of practice extends beyond litigation issues to address proactive measures that protect dealerships. David co-authored the respected Georgia Auto Dealers Legal Guide.
