Jennifer M. Sammons devotes her career to representing injured workers through complex workers’ compensation claims. With 16 years of experience in Georgia workers’ compensation, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to plaintiff representation—one shaped by 12 years representing insurers and employers at three prominent Atlanta defense firms.

That experience defending carriers taught Jennifer how insurance companies evaluate claims and build strategies.
