Our firm is led by managing partner Richard S. Lawson and partner Kimberly A. Berry, who brings experience and dedication to every matter. In one case, State v. SD, we represented a police officer charged with DUI who refused a breath test. The charge was reduced to reckless driving, and the client received nonreporting probation after completing the required terms.
