Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015Sarah and Katie are by far the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Sarah is the greatest lawyer you could possibly have. And for Katie she is the best assistant ever!!! I would recommend this law firm to anybody!!

Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015Stottlemeyer & Associates was an absolute life saver for My Family. Without Sarah's constant attention and all out hustle we wouldn't have gotten anything from the company whose negligence caused my injury. As a firm they were personable, attentive, and sympathetic to my family’s needs while fighting the worker’s comp people every step of the way to guarantee I received the best care. Without Sarah Stottlemeyer, I would be permanently injured, unable to work to provide for My Family and out of pocket hundreds of thousands of dollars. Because of her, I am recovered, healthy, working and we received a nice settlement for the damage they caused to my body & psyche. They will listen, pay attention to your case and keep you informed at all times through the duration of your case. Either Sarah or Katie would return our call immediately for even the smallest question and were very cool about giving us their time and help. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother and more professional law firm to fight for us. Make the call.

Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015I am beyond grateful to have acquired Sarah's services in my workman comp case with my employer. Sarah knows the law and knows the system well and can help with any questions or problems that arise immediately. If anyone reading this review is not sure about Sarah, trust me , I'm a real satisfied client. Her style is very clear , patient and empathetic. After my first attorney, I was very unsatisfied. Luckily I was able to find Sarah who keeps a small clientele and treated me like family.

Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015Sarah is an excellent attorney. She is one of the most caring and understanding people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her staff follows her lead. Thank you so much for everything you and your staff gave done for me. I am better off as a person for having met you and Katie. I look forward to seeing you and speaking with you in the future. You are more than my attorney more than a friend you are both my extended family. Scott Douglas

Attorney Information
Overview
Sarah graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 and went on to law school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. While in law school, she was an Editor on the Journal of International Law and competed in France on the Jean Pictet International Moot Court Team. After graduating in 2004, she received a fellowship at the Carter Center for International Peace and also began working as a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Fulton County Juvenile Court prosecuting child deprivation cases. She then worked at two large firms for several years representing insurance companies in workers' compensation claims. She has seen firsthand time and time again how insurance companies often unfairly treat those who have injured themselves while only trying to provide for their families. She brings that knowledge to each claim she handles and makes certain that her Clients won't be treated that way. Sarah is a strong trial lawyer and has successfully handled countless workers' compensation claims at the trial level as well as all appellate levels. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. She was awarded the Client's Choice Award by AVVO.com for 2013 and was given the highest rating of AV by her peers in the legal community for her knowledge, ability, and ethical standards. She currently is serving on the Board of the Worker's Compensation Claimant's Section of the GTLA, is on the Exectutive Committee for Georgia's Injured Workers Association, and is the President of Holiday Helping Hands, Inc., a non-profit she started to help children of injured workers with presents during the holidays. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2014, Sarah can be reached most quickly via email at Sarah@stottlemyerlaw.com.
