Attorney Dale M. Schwartz founded our Atlanta law office, Schwartz Posel Immigration Law Group, in order to focus his practice entirely on assisting clients throughout Georgia with immigration-related matters. Mr. Schwartz was one of the Southeast's most experienced immigration attorneys. His career began in 1968, and he has received a number of honors for his contributions to immigration law over the course of his nearly 50-year career. He served as National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been an adjunct professor of immigration law at Emory University School of Law for over 25 years. Ms. Posel has also dedicated her career to immigration law, and she serves as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law. Ms. Garcia, our firm's newest partner, is also an experienced attorney whose ability to speak French and Spanish allows us to better assist our foreign-born clients.
