Attorney Flinn and his firm were always on top of any questions I had (and I had many), along with taking the lead on all communications with the manufacturer. Verified ClientHired Law firm 2023I’m grateful that my law suit was completed and settle so fast however , I never met my lawyer face to face even when I picked up my check. The dad that was there was very bland not inviting and warm when I told him how grateful I was about getting my case settle . I always asked to communicate through phone and never have I ever got a caller pertaining my case . It was always through email. The receptionist who always answer the phone was rude every time I always called about my case. Over all I could give them a 5 for speed of the case. 2 for the hospitality.
