I am Kierston M. Phillips, and I have over a decade of experience handling complex matters for my clients in Georgia with the sole intention of allowing them to make a brighter future for themselves.

I allow my clients to focus on themselves while I tackle their cases from all angles and pursue all available legal avenues to give them some respite. I received my Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2012 and became licensed to practice in the state the following year. Prior to that, I graduated with my B.B.A. degree in 2008 and my master’s in public administration degree in 2010 from the University of West Georgia.

As a lifelong resident of Carroll County, I am meticulously engrossed in the developments that take place in the local courtrooms, and I am aware of the intricate nuances of how the local judiciary operates. Along with my family law practice, I also have the practical knowledge of handling pressing personal injury, probate and real estate matters. This provides me with a well-rounded view of my clients’ legal woes and the strategies that best suit their needs. I am certified in general mediation by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, giving my clients the confidence that their cases will be handled efficaciously and with poise.
