Timothy Heath graduated from the University of West Georgia with a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance Magna Cum Laude and pursued his Juris Doctor at Georgia State University in the College of Law. He has since worked with the Harden Law Firm in 2011 and with the Office of the Insurance Commissioner from 2011-2013. Now and since 2013 with his experience and determination shining, he represents one half of Duke & Heath’s brilliant duo.

Hired Attorney 2024Mr. Heath of Duke and Heath law is the best lawyer I've ever hired. He is very affordable and even has payment plans after you pay the first main payment. He is absolutely extraordinary at his job. He went above and beyond and got me way better of a verdict than I could ever ask for. His office always kept me informed on every step of my case and even called and emailed me reminders of when my court dates were. I had a total of 10 felony charges and the district attorney was asking for 20 years prison time. After Mr. Heath took over my case from the court appointed lawyer that I originally had, he got 9 of the 10 charges thrown out. I pled guilty to 1 charge and ended up with 10 years probation. I will forever be in debt to him. I give him an 11 on a scale of 1-10, two thumbs up and an A+++ rating. I will always recommend him to all my family and friends and to anyone looking for a great lawyer.
