Hired Law firm 2024We retained Zach Moore for a very simple family law issue, he seemed great when we paid him the retainer but he never took care of the one issue we hired him for and never returned phone calls or emails. He has been ineffective and non-responsive.

Hired Law firm 2019-2020I would not recommend this firm due to their customer service or overall success rate.

Hired Law firm 2017I wish I could find the exact words to express our gratitude for the incredible representation my husband and I had with Jason. Can I say it was life changing, absolutely! He was everything you would want in the court room, he listened, he heard us..that's so important when you are involved in an emotional family situation that involves your grand children. We knew the odd's were not in our favor, based on case law but we were hoping Jason could make a difference. Oh, boy did he! The judge ruled above and beyond anything we could have dreamed of - Jason helped us set new precedent for grandparents in Georgia in regards to our rights! He changed the future lives of two precious little children who needed to be heard and desperately needed their grandparents on a regular basis! Grand parents do have rights in GEORGIA! God Bless this man and his team!

Hired Law firm 2017-2018Robert and his staff have been amazing thru a few cases that I have needed legal help with. They are always there when you need them, they listen to all your needs, and make you feel like you are the one and only. Everyone is very nice, determined and eager to please. They are not willing to just settle anything. They make sure legally its acceptable, and you are happy as well. If you're not happy, they will do everything on their power to make sure you are. I recommend everyone. I know I will never use anyone else.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
