Education
Jeff received his Juris Doctor in 1998 from the Emory University School of Law. Before law school, he attended Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross and received his Bachelor of Science in biology, cum laude, in 1992 from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, where he was a Presidential Scholar.
Career
After graduation from Emory, Jeff served as Law Clerk to the Honorable R. Timothy Hamil in the State Court of Gwinnett County. Prior to launching his own firm, he worked for five years at the Lawrenceville firm of Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C., where he was a member of the Litigation Group.
Jeff was admitted to the practice of law in the state of Georgia in 1998, and is licensed to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Jeff is the current President of the Gwinnett County Bar Association. He is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce. Jeff has served as an attorney coach to the Greater Atlanta Christian School Mock Trial Team and as an evaluator for the Mock Trial Competition. Jeff lives with his family in Suwanee.
