Got caught up in Turner Co. GA, the land where all speeders sell their soul for a dissolution of insurance points. Beware of this county and its "one hand feeds the other" methodology of disciplining speeders. They don't care about the speed, they care about the MONEY. I'm guessing my contribution as well as many others have helped this county prosper with nice highways and landscaping. After my unfortunate encounter with Officer BILLY CATON, I started to call around to seek legal counsel. The first few were too busy to speak to me and two others gave me outrageous quotes and didn't seem to care much. At random a quick google search brought up J.Prine Law and I decided to give them a quick shout expecting another recording or a paralegal who was trying to juggle my case with her Starbucks order. I really enjoyed working with Attorney Eric Alvarez or Joseph R. Prine, Jr., LLC in Macon, GA. After receiving a speeding ticket 89 in a 70 in Ashburn, GA. I looked at 6 different attorneys to help with the ticket. The things that stood out with Eric • He responded immediately – also emailed me after hours • Offered to have the speed lowered under 14 so it would not be reported to my insurance. (most offered that) • Would lower the speed where I didn’t have to pay the super speeder fee $200 (another attorney said I would get a lower speed but would have to pay the full fee for original speed AND the super speeder fee $200). Eric helped where I paid the fee for the lower speed! • Accepted Credit Card for his services and I was also able to pay ticket online through the county. (others wanted case/check didn’t accept Credit cards) After doing the research I am glad I selected Mr. Alvarez. He helped put this behind me in just a few days. Best option in the area!
